Our goal is to provide a vacation experience that has as little impact on the environment as possible. With this goal in mind, Vistas Veracruz Ecotours and El Retoño Ecolodge belong to and support the following "Green" Associations.

The business community of Coatepec is committed to working together to in the development of the town as a tourist destination. Our goal is to encourage the responsible development of Coatepec. You are invited to patronize the members of Associacion de Empresarios Pro-Coatepec A.C.

Pronatura A.C. is an important agency working for the protection and appreciation of the natural environment. It offers a wealth of information on the State of Veracruz.

Both El Retoño Ecolodge and our shop Milagros Para Ti (located in the center of Coatepec) are members of the Fairtrade Federation and Co-op America. We adhere to the principles of these organizations and support their goals.

While not solely "Green", Vacation Rental Direct is one of the oldest and largest general vacation rental sites.
